Farmer succeeds against Auctioneers for negligent valuation

In July the High Court found in favour of a Wexford Farmer who relied on two valuations and lost his deposit. Although the Court found the farmer 50% responsible himself, the two auctioneers have to share 50% of a judgement the bank obtained against the farmer.
