LGBT FAMILY LAW INSTITUTE
LGBT is a joint venture of the LGBT Bar and the National Centre for lesbian rights in the US. On the 23rd January 2016 the second meeting of the LGBT Family Law Institute outside of the U.S. took place in London. The meeting was for the purposes of bringing together experienced family law and fertility practitioners to share collective wisdom and to discuss legal strategies for representing members of the LGBT community. Fiona Duffy and Allan O’Connor from this office attended. Arising out of this meeting the UK LGBT Family Law Institute was formed. Allan and Fiona are proud members.
