Patrick F. O’Reilly & Co. advise Jones Investments in the letting of The One Building to Stripe Payments
Having acted for Jones Investments in the acquisition of 1 Grand Canal Street we are delighted to have acted in the letting of the redeveloped and rebranded ‘The One Building’ to online payments company Stripe.
The 45,000 sq ft The One Building was designed by Irish architect Sam Stephenson and was recently redeveloped to the highest standard by Jones Investments Ltd.
