Maria Greenaway originally joined the firm in 2015 and is a Solicitor in our Real Estate Department specialising in new homes and residential developments.  Maria acts for developers in relation to a number of large-scale residential developments.  Maria also acts for private clients in respect of the sale and purchase of residential properties.

Maria has a Degree and Masters from National University of Ireland Galway and a Diploma in Law from Dublin Institute of Technology.  Maria was also part of the inaugural Hybrid PPC Class of 2019 in the Law Society of Ireland and qualified in 2022.
