Michael studied at the National University Ireland Galway and UCD. He was admitted to the Roll of Solicitors January 2012. He is a member of the Dublin Solicitors Bar Association.

Michael has worked with Patrick F. O’Reilly & Co. for over seven years in the Commercial Property Department. Michael advises on all aspects of general commercial property law including acquiring, selling and developing commercial property for institutional clients, multiple retailers and developers as well as private individuals. He has wide experience in drafting and negotiating commercial lease arrangements and advising on all aspects of Landlord and Tenant law. Michael also advises on the property aspects of share sales, acquisitions and disposals.
